When you put your legs up against a wall, you slow down your heart rate, and give your heart a chance to rest. Doing this only 5 minutes a day, is a way to restore yourself, as it makes you feel more relaxed, and calms your mind. So…

… when you’re too tired to walk, just put your legs up to rest your heart.
