Carpe Diem

It’s the first day of a new year, the first day of a new decade. I remember a time where the year 2020 seemed like futuristic sci-fi phenomena, and here we are, about to live this year.

2019 tops

I have already done a reflection post, but there is one more thing I want to reflect on, and that is my top 10 posts of 2019, both in images and in words.

Top 10 wordy posts of 2019
  • 10 – Oops, I Did It Again…
It makes me so happy to see this post in my top 10, as I am still in love with my nipple piercings, after having them pierced for the third time nine months ago!
  • 9 – Hotel Fun (1)
This entire series was in the top 10 post for 2019, so I chose to count them as one, because I can!
  • 8 – Photos & Tops #SoSS #64
I love that one of my #SoSS posts have made it to the top 10 too, since I dedicate a lot of time to these posts, and love showcasing the work of my colleague bloggers.
  • 7 – Demanding Anal
She sure loves anal stimulation, and isn’t shy at all to ask for it! Dom of Dom’s Place was happy to oblige.
  • 6 – Her First Gangbang
It was a dream to have a gangbang, and she went on and on until she couldn’t anymore, but Dom kept an eye on things.
  • 5 – Public Punishment
It seems the stories from Dom’s Place are quite popular, as this is another one from the series.
  • 4 – Marshmallows
Whenever I see the word ‘marshmallows’ I have a smile on my face, thinking of what happened on this night!
  • 3 – Twice the Fun
This is an erotic fantasy of mine, and I hope that one day something like this will really happen!
  • 2 – Death of Sexual Desire
A post about the desire for sex, and how menopause and other circumstances can have a not-to-positive effect on it.
  • 1 – The Story of O (21) – Marked
This is another post which I love to see in the top 10, as I really liked doing the Story of O series, started back in 2018.
Top 10 image posts of 2019
  • 10 – Twin Peaks
When I see my bottom like this, I remember how much I like it!
  • 9 – Happy old age
I love, love, love that this image came up in the top 10, even though it wasn’t posted that long ago. This is one of my favorites from this year.
  • 8 – Butterfly
This is quite a naughty ‘butterfly’, showing so little while showing so much.
  • 7 – Lacy Pink
Another image of my bottom, but this time only a part of it, and covered in lace.
  • 6 – A slip of…
The same knickers as earlier, but this time I am showing more…
  • 5 – Girly
My Hello Kitty socks definitely turned this image into something girly.
  • 4 – Revealing all, but…
A full frontal naked image, but there is one thing I’m hiding…
  • 3 – Natural Nudity
This image is from one of the last series I took in our bedroom, before the photo studio was a fact.
  • 2 – Exposed
Oooh, another image I really love. I need to wear these crotch-less tights again!
  • 1 – Shining in the Dark
Another of my absolute favorite images, with my piercings so nicely on display.

This year, 2020

What will 2020 bring us? Maybe it’s a good thing we don’t know. I have decided that my motto for this year will be ‘carpe diem’. I want to live in the present, even when I plan for the future. I want to look back at my past, only to see how it can benefit me to make today better. Today is what is important, today is when we live, when we have to live, as we never know whether we will be granted a tomorrow.

Yes, ‘seize the day’, that will be my motto for 2020.

I am not going to put my goals here again, but after writing my ‘Endings & Beginnings‘ post, and seeing people tweeting about using their planners to make a planning for 2020, I actually took my 2019 Passion Planner and on the last pages I started doing the planning for 2020. I actually loved doing it, even though some months had exactly the same things in it. I even jotted down the dates I am looking at to go to London. This is the first time ever I have actually done such an extensive planning and I hope this helps me to focus not only on all I want to do, but also to allow myself the rest I frequently need.

No matter where this year takes us, and what difficult days we might have, I will be grateful for what I have, and not wallow in the things that seemingly never will return to our lives. Life is too short; we need to live for today! Like I said…

Who’s with me!

Happy New Year, lovelies, and I promise, this is the last time I am saying this for 2020!

  1. Excellent motto! My theme is “mindfulness”… so very similar! May this be a great year for you and yours. It’s not quite midnight here, so I will raise my glass to all of my pocket friends in just a few hours, and I hope you get a surge of my good energy coming your way!
