Yesterday afternoon I went out with Master T and our youngest daughter. She mentioned how the night before at a school evening, people told her how different she is from what they thought. Apparently from the way she looks, and the fact that she’s not afraid to say what she thinks, they thought she would be someone with a huge group of friends and always heading for some or other party. All of them were surprised to learn that where she has quite a number of friends, she almost never goes to parties, but prefer to just spend time with her boyfriend, either going out for dinner, shopping or playing a game at home.
They say to never judge a book by its cover, but unfortunately that’s what happens a lot. People see the way you carry yourself, the way you dress, the way you talk or walk, and they think they know who you are. So many times in the past I have ranted about this, because people made assumptions about me that were so far from the truth. If I mention that I do like kinky things, it doesn’t mean I walk around in leather all day. If I wear fishnets, it doesn’t mean I am a slut.
This week I am sharing some posts that deals with identity in different way, whether it’s getting back in touch with yourself, asking to be treated with respect for who you are and how you identify, or sharing something anonymously because you don’t feel comfortable or safe to share it openly. But I also share posts which shows only a part of the identity of the individuals, whether in words or in images.
We are all like diamonds, with different facets that make one whole. When one is turned to the light, the other is hidden, so never assume you know everything of a person.
I squirmed when I saw Missy’s image, and once I read her words about fisting and how she felt about it, I was squirming even more!
Maybe you’ve known this, but if not, Molly Moore has a place where you can share your stories anonymously. Someone shared Total Recall, an extremely hot piece of writing.
Melody wrote an article, Trans Identity, which deals with the matter of trans identity, wanting to belong to a group or not, and with the simple respect every human being should treat others with, and be treated with.
Sometimes we need to get back to basics, to get back to ourselves, in order to learn what life has in stall for us somewhere down the line. Floss is at such a crossroads, as she so beautifully wrote about in her post Baring All & Getting Back to Basics.
- Coma White by Deviant Succubus — I love how DS has portrayed the Sinful Sunday Halloween prompt!
- Bring Me To Life by PurpleSole and LittleGem — this image is just absolutely stunning, and creepy. Perfect for Halloween!
- Being positive by Julie — I have said it before and I think I will say it many times more: I am in awe of this woman, the grace and beauty and strength she had and has through her journey with breast cancer.
- Who Let Her Up On The Furniture? by Zero — A lovely image in black and white, and I just love that the glass of milk is in the picture too. It just adds to the naughtiness of being up on the kitchen counter.
Prompts are great to inspire you to write a new post, and you can also combine two prompts (or three) if you want.

Every week someone else in the community does the top 3 roundup for Wicked Wednesday. Sometimes it’s me, but mostly it’s someone else. I love to engage others to do it, because I want Wicked Wednesday to be for everyone.
Are you interested in doing the roundup (again)? Just get in contact with me!
Prompt 388 for Wicked Wednesday was ‘Observe’ for which 30 posts were linked. The top 3 was done by Posy Churchgate and she chose:
- Rainy day in heavens by Vanesse
- Observing a Sex Blogger or Two by Inigo More
- More Than Material by This Girl

For those planning to enter, the entries open on 15 December 2019, which is only five weeks away, and in the meantime you can jot the dates down in your 2020 planners.

Kayla is sharing some of her wisdom again in a post on The Smutlancer About Those “Guest Post” Emails You Keep Getting. Have you received those emails, and you don’t know what to do about it? Then this post is for you!
This day in past years
Sharing posts from the ninth day of November in the past years of my blog:
2010: The Riverbank (2)
The second part of one of the first two pieces of erotic fiction I shared on this blog, and I desperately want to rewrite this story, as I feel my writing has improved a LOT!
2011: Home alone
Back in a previous relationship, shortly after I have experienced the joys of anal stimulation, I indulged when I was home alone.
2012: As easy as ABC & 123
Using the ABC and the 123 to share words that describe me. This was fun to do back then, and fun to read now.
2014: Skeleton Man
A certain Skeleton Man decided to help Master T with some intimate photos.
2016: Romance & Us
This is about the way Master T and I do romance…
2018: From Never to Maybe
A Kink of the week post where I share my thoughts about submitting to a woman.
