Each week I share posts with words and images. All the images deal with bodies in different shapes and sizes, which I love. Bodies are beautiful, and we should each celebrate the one we have been blessed with, but believe me, I know how difficult that can be. Even in moments when I feel low about my own, I will always encourage others to accept theirs, and make peace with it, and I always try to follow my own advise too. Sometimes, like this week, there’s a striking post with words that deals about a body or body parts. Those should be shared too.
I love books. It’s been ages since I had last read a book, but that doesn’t say my love for books is over. No, it only says that I have little time to read and should make some time again. I love books. The feel of it in my hand. The smell of the paper and ink. The way it’s made up. Recently I have been working on a book, and co-decided on the design of the book, and I am so proud to finally be able to announce it. Yes, a post will follow, but you can find a bit more information on the book further on in this post. I am so proud an excited about it!
“Check in with your body and listen to the message” is what Tabitha writes in her post How Knowing I Had Thrush Actually Helped My Depression. This just goes to show once again how closely your body and mind are related to each other, and how if the one is not well, the other isn’t too.
Like bluesubmission said, Ode to a Pretty Cunt might not be a legitimate ode, but it definitely is a sexy piece of writing about the beauty of cunts.
A piece of writing that drew my attention this week is (In)Significant Third by Cara Thereon. It’s honest and open, and touches on all aspects of being the third in a relationship.
I have decided to highlight a bunch of posts all at once. Last week’s prompt of Food for Thought was ‘The Why of Blogging’ and it’s been brilliant reading through the posts and seeing the reasons why people started their blogs, and why they keep on blogging. You should read all the linked posts!
- Ripe and luscious by Molly Moore — I have considered Molly to be a friend for a long time, my sister from another mother, but its images like these that reminds me what a talented photographer she is, and (totally unrelated) eminds me how grateful I am to call her my friend.
- Minnie the Minx by @19syllables & Focused and Filthy — These two women collaborating brought up some stunning and fun images. The second image… just WOW!
- Post Squirtum by Deviant Succubus — I love the lines of her body, and the wet bed! Just gorgeous!
- Picture Perfect Sunday by Francesca Demont — I just love the sexy, yet peaceful feel of this image.
- Embrace Your Flames by Floss — many times when I click on one of Floss’ posts, it’s the top image in the post that just blow my mind away, like this one!

This day in past years
Sharing posts from the thirty-first of August in the past years of my blog:

Oh my, I saw this title and instantly remembered that those were the words I said to Master T…

Talking about my feelings and fears about being with a woman again.
Sharing an image of being fucked, and wishing it could happen again!

Talking about the only two diaries I managed to keep in my life… and they were not about me.
