Centered Life

Feeling good about yourself and your life is very important. I’m a happy woman, happy with my husband, my daughters, my grandchildren. We all get along quite well, and that keeps me centered.
~ Carolina Herrera

This quote perfectly fits my life, and yesterday, while moving my son over to his own flat, I saw again how loving my family is. Yes, there were some irritations between some at times, but in the end, everyone worked together to get all his stuff from our house to his new place. I do love my family: my husband, my daughters, my son and my grandsons. Those are the most important people in my life. We all accept each other as we are, and the one thing I really appreciate, is everyone accepting that this blog is my passion. I don’t have to hide what I do, even though they (read: the kids) will never get the link from me. They even know about my photography and, of course, also about my upcoming photo studio, and I think they know very well what kind of photos will be done in my studio!

  1. A beautiful image to go with your beautifully expressed sentiments about getting to be who you are and these people who accept you. I love it! This one is really poignant.

  2. This is one of the most beautiful pictures you have taken I think. I love the shallow depth of field and how it has a soft dreamy nature to it. Just so beautiful
