Sometimes life is a waiting game. I am waiting for this thing to happen in two weeks time — a thing I know is going to be brilliant and which I will only reveal while it’s happening or afterwards. But, I am also waiting for other things. Yesterday I blogged about the photo studio I want once my son has moved out, but this week we learned it will take some time longer for that to actually happen. There’s some red tape that has to be dealt with first. I don’t mind, and until then I will just have to use our bedroom for my photos, as I have done before. But, I am also waiting for other thing, I have sent Master T a message about things I need (to change) and I am still waiting for an answer. I hope to have an answer sometime this month, and then we can move forward, I hope…
And so the waiting game continues, but I believe that patience definitely pays off in the end, even though the road to the goal can sometimes seem so damn long!
Last week I mentioned that I have signed up for the Loving BDSM 30 Days of D/s challenge (no, I haven’t started writing yet, but I will!), and this week I want to point you to a lady who is doing this challenge: Brigit Delaney.
I love Cara Thereon’s writing, and I loved it even more when she accidentally writes a novel, which she seems to be doing now. He Could Not Resist is part 3 of said novel, and I am already looking forward to much more of this story!
It’s no secret that I am a fan of Ella Scandal’s writing, and just when I think she can’t surprise me with her stories anymore, she does. This time she did it with H is for… Hysteria… this is…. just. So. Damn. Good.
As sex bloggers, there are only a handful of us that can be totally open and out about what we do, but most of us have to hide some aspect of us, which makes it seem like we are living a double life. Kilted Wookie wrote about it in his post The Great Compartmentaliser, and I think we all will recognize some aspects in his post.
As from this week I am doing this section differently. There are three brilliant photo memes out there, which are Sinful Sunday, Boobday and the newest, Lingerie Is For Everyone. What I want to do from now on is to choose two pictures from each meme to promote here. So here goes…
- Green Goddess by Annie Savoy — I just love the angel of this shot, and the flowers in the foreground, even though I only noticed the flowers later.
- Googly by Kisungura — the playfulness in these images is just so damn brilliant. Kisungura is really talented in presenting unique images!
- #BoobDay – diaphanous by eye — this image is SO brilliant, maybe my favorite of all the images I mention here today!
- #BoobDay – The Ocean and Truth — a similar image to that of eye, but also a totally different one. The sheer black and the slight show of a nipple is so sexy!
Lingerie Is For Everyone
- The Hand That Whirls The Water In The Pool by Lexy — this woman is so talented with her photographs. Just go and see!
- Lace by Nikki — and lace it is, black, see-through lace, a sexy pose and a brilliant image!
Prompts are a great way to inspire you to write a new post, and you can also combine two prompts (or three) if you want.

More memes — also those without prompts — can be found here. And, did you know that it’s perfectly okay to combine memes? Just make sure you have the buttons of those you link to in your post!
Two things happened on the Smut Marathon website in the past week. First of all the results for the third round of the marathon was announced, and there was also a change in the jury, as Brigit Delaney replaced Jaime Mortimer.

If you want to get more readers to your blog, you need to work on building an audience. But how do you do that? Read the Smutlancer tips on Building an Audience: Think About Who You’re Trying to Reach.
Last but not least
Last weekend we had a couple of brilliant appointments, and one hospital visit. The appointments were for drinks with sexy friends the one night, dinner the next and a lunch with another friend. Our Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday was filled, especially since we still had to do grocery shopping too. This weekend is the same, without the Friday night. Today we have an appointment where we have to drive, but we also need to get groceries and go to the pharmacy and I need to have my fringe cut. Tomorrow we have to go to the birthday party of a beautiful five-year-old (our youngest grandson), and in between all of this I also want to get some sleep and do some writing. Where to find the time? I have no idea!
But, opposed to this business, Easter weekend is approaching, and guess what? We have absolutely nothing planned that weekend. Nothing! I can’t tell you how much I am looking forward to our three day weekend with no obligations at all. And then, only 3 days of work and then I am going to do something I have never done before… but as said in the beginning, I am not revealing any of that just yet!
