She was no longer free? Yes! thank God, she was no longer free. But she was light, a nymph on clouds, a fish in water, lost in happiness.
~ Pauline Réage, Story of O
For my February Photofest 2019 I am taking a trip down memory lane…
From the moment I met Master T, maybe even from the moment he said ‘if you were mine’, I had a sense of belonging, of having found the place where I should be, the person I should be with. Our wedding, and then our D/s commitment just more than five years later were a confirmation of that: that I am where I belong.
This Histoire d’O collar was bought long before we made our D/s commitment, and it’s still my favorite collar. It was only after the commitment that I realized how free I felt when I wear the collar, even though it is the symbol of ownership. There is nothing more important to me than to belong to Master T in more ways than one.
