If you read this post, you will see exactly where the title comes from, but I do want to elaborate about the word ‘polycule’. I think it’s an incredibly cool word, and even though I have never came across it before I read it in Wriggly Kitty’s post (linked below) but the moment I saw the word, I had a good idea of what it meant.
Polycule is used to describe any system of connected non-monogamous relationships.
A polycule can be as simple as a “V” (A is dating both B and C, with their approval, but B and C are not dating each other) or a triangle (A, B, and C are all dating each other), but it can also get very complex. (Ex: A is dating B and C. B is dating A and D. C is dating A, E, and F. F is also dating G.)
When drawn out as a chart, these connections can look similar to a molecular structure- hence the name polycule.
I think this is such a cool word and it perfectly describes poly relationships. It makes me wonder how, if we get active in dating with others again, I can describe that in a similar cool word. Maybe it already exists?
On to my picks for this week!
She’s been away for a couple of weeks due to her sites giving problems, but Kayla has returned and how! Her post, Gang Bang Porn, a Shower Head, and Me, is hot, hot hot!
“Some might call this objectification; I call it an act of love. More than that, it is an act of worship. For that is sometimes part of friendship too.”
This post, A Beautiful Asymmetry or How No Can Affirm, by Eve Ray is beautiful and filled with love for two of her best friends.
Okay, so this is not a sexy post, as John Brownstone said himself, but it’s very intriguing! The post, It Was Only a Dream, definitely make you wonder whether dreams are really only dreams!
For quite some time now I have been following Wriggly Kitty’s journey closely and I am in awe of the strength she has. Growing the Polycule is another example of how well she knows what she wants, but also how she negotiates it with the people in her life.
He is the on that is her lifeline, the calm in the storm. I love how Nilla writes about her Master in In The Midst of Chaos…Him and it did make me think of how Master T is the one offering me a sanctuary of calm in those times I need it most.
Indigo Byrd posted an image for last week’s Sinful Sunday which is so beautiful with the contrast between dark and light, the movement of her dancing moves captured in still. Dancing in Shadow is stunning!
An over-exposed image that draws the eyes to the focus of the image is the one that has been posted by Sweetgirl, All the way… that’s my good girl…
It’s really beautiful.
I can tell you, Missy can come play piano for me anytime she wants. I will not only listen, but definitely look too!

This coming week is the last week the participants can send in their assignments for the fourth round of the Smut Marathon 2018. In the meantime, on the website, we have announced the fourth sponsor of the marathon: the fabulous Doxy!
Please show them and the other sponsors some love!
Tips & tricks
I love these tips by Aurora Glory for affordable sex toys. If you don’t have a lot to spend and you want to make sure you choose a toy that will do it for your, this roundup of reviews of affordable sex toys is where you should start.
Last but not least
This post, Don’t fear the smear by Sub Bee, didn’t fit into any of the categories above, but I wanted to include it in my roundup this week. Even though I had quite a number of these tests (I don’t anymore due to no uterus anymore), I read with pure fascination. There’s very valuable information in here for all women! Please have these tests done! Sub Bee wrote about her experience but also included everything the nurse told her. This is valuable information!

The A to Z Blogging Challenge
The Letter S
In this fifth year of participating in the A to Z Blogging Challenge, I am taking words from my regular post starting with the letter of the day, and looking at the meaning of those words. Today is for words starting with ‘S’ and I have chosen to look at ‘sinful’, ‘smear’ & ‘smut’.
Oh I LOVE the definition for this as given by the G-o-o-g-l-e dictionary: wicked and immoral; committing or characterized by the committing of sins. What that dictionary doesn’t know is that over at Sinful Sunday we have taken sinful to a whole new level!
To coat or mark someone carelessly with a greasy substance, you smear them. This word is also used as a verb to describe damaging someones reputation by false accusations. As a noun it means that a sample tissue that is taken from the body is spread thinly on a microscope slide for examination.
Smut is either a small flake of soot or dirt or a mark left by someone, or a fungal disease of cereals where parts of it changes to black powder. But, the description I like most is: obscene or lascivious talk, writing or pictures. Now, in the Smut Marathon we are not obscene, but we do write about ‘dirty’ things!
