Anything is possible with sunshine and a little pink.
~ Lilly Pulitzer
I have never been a girly-girl, wearing pink or frills or standing in front of the mirror trying to perfect my make-up or outfit. I was more the tomboy type, but it seems the older I get, the more attention I do give to my body. I always wear dresses or skirts, although I have recently bought a pair of pants for when we go out into nature with our cameras. There is just nothing elegant about crouching down with your legs spread to take the perfect picture!
But, as said, I always wear dresses or skirts, preferably the first. I always wear heels, not too high, because my ankles seem to protest against that and I always have make-up on, except when I go for a massage or when I stay home. Nowadays I go to the nail studio every three to four weeks and I am even going for my first facial just before we go to Eroticon and I am planning to do that up every other month. It seems in my ‘old age’ (hey, I turn 51 in 2 days, so I can say this), I have found a bit of a girly-girl inside me after all!
