A is for avocado

Today it begins… the A to Z Challenge for 2015. I did this same challenge last year and enjoyed coming up with different subjects to write about. In short this challenge is about using the 26 letters of the alphabet as inspiration for posts and posting every day of the month April, except for Sundays. You post the letter A on the 1st, B on the 2nd, C on the 3rd, etc. You can work with a themse or just use random words, like I did in 2014.

This year I want to concentrate on photos, which means I will not only be trying to complete the A to Z Challenge, but also goal number 30 of my 101 list. When I put this goal on my list I haven’t thought about how I would do it, but when one day Master T and I used a strawberry and sugar while taking photos, I wanted the photos to be all about food and sexiness. Let’s see how far I get with this, starting with an avocado, because you know, A is for avocado…

I’ve heard the avocado is an aphrodisiac, but then I read the jury is still out on that bit. What they know for sure is that avocados are high on vitamin E and it also helps to lower your cholesterol. No matter whether it will increase my libido or not, I love avocados!

Why don’t you join in with the fun? You don’t have to have a theme. Any kind of post will be okay, as long as you follow the letter of the alphabet. There’s still enough time for you to start…

  1. Clever theme. We’re just going with words matching the overall theme of the post rather than posts around a theme (a bit easier I hoped, as this is our first time facing such a challenge).
Love how the curves accent the curves – well done. And way sexier than avocado squished on the skin like I first imagined when I saw the title.

  2. Wonderful photos Marie . . . and I know I will be returning every day for your alphabets!!!
So in awe of you all who are doing this!

  3. Gosh, can’t believe it’s been a whole year since we did this, and now here we are again! I’m really looking forward to following your posts again Marie

I love avocado, both eating it but also using the oil & butter in bodycare products. It’s just so nourishing for the skin.

The images are lovely Marie, especially the top one where the shape of the avocado allows it to nestle in the small of your back

  4. Now that is what I call tempting fruit 🙂 You make a wonderful fruit bowl Marie 🙂
