Eat Your Greens

We always get the advice to eat our greens, right? And yes, it is important!

As a child I have been terrible with eating any kind of vegetables. It nauseated me and I really was a bit traumatized because I was forced to eat ALL my vegetables. In my adult life I have learned to eat some vegetables, and broccoli is one of my favorites.

Not only to eat, but also to play with!

Remember that greens are important… not only to eat!

  1. Love the green nail polish along with the photo, very cute!!!

  2. Not only to eat. Not only to eat. This keeps going round my head as I look at your pic, and I am now screaming in my head, “what else is she doing with the broccoli!”

    I am dirty, yes.

Great pic and MMMM boob. πŸ˜€ Pretty nails, too.

  3. This is one way to ensure they get eaten! I’d rather nibble on some pinks and taupes though. πŸ˜‰

  4. I’ve found I quite like vegetables now that I, and not my parents/dinner ladies/etc cook them.

Brussels Sprouts for example: chop up and fry with bacon pieces (lardons or cubed rashers) and garlic. They are divine.
Carrots, either boil whole and chop on the plate: they are crunchier and more flavoursome, or cut into strips and roast with carraway seeds.
    And so on …

Oh, and the picture is great! πŸ˜‰

    1. I don’t care how Brussels sprouts are prepared, I won’t eat them πŸ˜‰
And there are some other veggies I don’t like either, but then there is a lot I really like.

  5. That green on your nails looks lovely, I love your tattoos too. I always eat my greens.

  6. I wondered if this was the way I could convince a Sir to eat broccoli but he said he’d rather taste something else in the photo instead πŸ˜‰

  7. That is too cute. Definitely a great way to them eating their veggies.
